What we store, and where
Your meeting date, checklist ticks, notes, answers, calculator inputs and transcript are saved in your browser's local storage on this device only. They are not sent to us or anyone else. We cannot see them, recover them or delete them for you.
To delete everything, open the ⓘ menu in the app and tap Clear everything on this device, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Uninstalling the app does the same.
Offline files
The app saves its own files (pages, icons) in your browser's cache so it works offline. This contains no personal information.
Live listening (speech-to-text)
The app never records, stores or uploads audio. If you use Live mode, the speech-to-text is done by your browser, not by this app. Depending on your device and browser, it may run on your device or be processed by the browser maker's speech service (for example Google for Chrome, Apple for Safari) under their privacy terms. The resulting text is stored only on your device. If you'd rather avoid this, use the typed notes box instead – it gives the same tips.
Please tell people in the meeting that you're taking notes or using a transcription aid.
Sharing and exporting
If you tap Share, Copy or Download, the summary goes only where you choose to send it.
Sponsored listings
Some screens show a clearly labelled Sponsored listing. These are plain links with images hosted on this site – no ad networks, pixels, cookies or third-party scripts – so sponsors cannot see who viewed or clicked them. If you follow a sponsor link, their own privacy policy applies.
Links to other sites
The app links to GOV.UK, Acas, Citizens Advice and other sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Hosting
Like any website, the hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security. We don't add any analytics or tracking on top.
